Full Time
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of SMH estates and housing schemes.
- Engage clients and build long-term relationships.
- Support marketing campaigns and events.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing or related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- 1–3 years relevant experience preferred.
Contract
Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections with clients.
- Verify documentation and property conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in Estate Management or related field.
- Good knowledge of Lagos & Abuja real estate market.
- Must be mobile and field-oriented.
Internship
Responsibilities
- Manage SMH social media pages and content creation.
- Assist with online ad campaigns and analytics.
- Support branding and awareness initiatives.
Requirements
- Passion for digital marketing & content creation.
- Basic knowledge of graphics/design is a plus.
- Good teamwork and learning attitude.
